Andrea Giudici is a senior member of the firm’s Technology and Financial Services Sectors. He works closely with a broad spectrum of clients to address complex leadership challenges, leveraging close to a decade in consulting to guide organizations through periods of technological transformation. Andrea is based in Milan. Andrea joined Russell Reynolds Associates from the Boston Consulting Group, where he was a Principal and a core member of the Financial Institutions, Technology and Organization practices. During his eight-year tenure, Andrea specialized in bringing technology to financial institutions, transforming operating models and guiding change management. He was also a member of the Career Development Committee for Italy, Greece, Turkey and previously Boston, and co-authored a number of articles and white papers for BCG. Previously, Andrea spent six years with Unicredit, holding a number of project management and subject matter expert roles, and working in Milan, Warsaw and Prague. Andrea holds an MS in electronic engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and he has completed a master’s course at SDA Bocconi. He speaks fluent Italian and English.
