Mr. Shennan has assessed Senior executive roles in many leading energy companies including Shell, BP, Saudi Aramco, Kuwait Petroleum, Qatar Petroleum, PTT (Thailand), Petronas and ADNOC Group. Developed and facilitated leadership development and coaching programmes for senior executive teams to increase overall individual and team effectiveness. Clients include DP World, Al Futtaim, Aujan, EGA, Phillips, Qatar Petroleum Assessed and re-designed performance management process and implementation across a range of industry sectors Mr. Shennan is a Senior Client Partner based in Korn Ferry’s Dubai office. In his career, he has held a number of key management roles including Director of Consulting Operations for Korn Ferry’s Middle Eastern Operations and Global Sector Lead for the Oil and Gas sector. He has worked in the US, Japan, Middle East and Europe with a common ingredient of raising individual and organisational effectiveness through his support. Mr. Shennan has been with Korn Ferry for twenty two years. Prior to joining Korn, Chris worked for Shell UK for five years in a variety of marketing positions. He then joined Roland Berger Strategy Consultants where he specialized in a range of organisational change, and coaching projects in both the public and private sector. Chris has a MA in History from Cambridge University.
