Thomas Drummond-Hay is a core member of the firm’s Financial Services and Technology Sectors, based out of the New York office. With a specialization in FinTech, Thomas recruits for digital transformation and technology officer roles, working with a variety of high-growth and corporate clients across North America. He supports clients from start-ups and portfolio holdings to large-scale enterprises, helping them to drive scalability, organizational maturity and customer centricity. Thomas joined Russell Reynolds Associates after beginning his career with Dataminr, a leading alternative data and artificial intelligence company in New York. As an early employee, he helped in building and growing the business across four industry verticals to over 900 employees. Thomas received his MA, with honors, in international relations from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
