Nicole is an Associate within the Financial Services Practice at Odgers Berndtson Executive Search. She focuses on board, executive and management committee appointments. Clients span regulatory bodies, trade associations, retail banks, consumer finance and payments organisations, asset and wealth managers, wholesale and investment banks. Prior to joining Odgers, Nicole worked in contingent risk recruitment for asset management and banking clients in Ireland and Luxembourg. Nicole joined Barclay Simpson in 2016 and successfully built-up the Operational Risk buy-side desk in London before making the internal move to join the European division. Nicole has completed assignments for Heads of Risk, Heads of Operational Risk, Heads of Investment Risk, and Senior Manager level positions for Global Top-Tier and smaller boutique firms. She is classically trained in Performing Arts and has a double major in Arts and English Literature from Pace University where she graduated with a double first.
