Before working at Korn Ferry, Ms. O’Neill was at Aimient, a boutique executive search firm based in New York. She focused on Electronic Trading & Transaction Services, Fin-Tech, Payments, Transaction Processing and, Insurance. Ms. O’Neill started her career with some of the most respected Investment Banking firms and held positions in Executive Recruiting. She covered the following areas: Electronic Trading & Transaction Services, Payments & Fin-Tech, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, Finance & Accounting, Wealth Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, Asset Management, and Human Resources. Ms. O’Neill earned her M.S. Degree in Human Resources Management from The New School University; She earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ.
