Tim Hobson is an Associate Consulting in the Consulting, Technology & Services practice at Sheffield Haworth. Previously Tim worked for Pegasystems, a leader in cloud software for customer engagement and operational excellence. He spent the past three years as a member of Pega’s Executive Search team, conducting senior-level searches across the corporate functions, technology and go-to-market organizations. He was previously an Associate with a boutique, Financial Services-focused retained search firm, working primarily with banks and asset managers as a member of the firm’s Infrastructure practice. He began his career in a Project Management role with Russell Reynolds Associates. Tim will be based remotely in Boston.
