Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Frank was a partner within the financial services practice of another leading executive search firm. He began his executive search career in 2003. Prior to this, Frank spent ten years as a managing director in the banking industry working within M&A, corporate banking, and asset management. Additionally, he has focus and expertise within organizational development and talent management. Frank recruits skilled experts, senior managers and CXO’s across the Nordic region. He is a trusted advisor to a number of CEOs and senior executives in the Nordic financial services sector and is a specialist advisor to several large international asset managers. Based on more than 100 senior recruitments in the financial services sector, Frank has extensive knowledge and expertise within asset management, pensions, investments and corporate banking. His key clients are banks, pension funds, family offices, asset managers and infrastructure companies.
