Ms. Fleming joins us from Aon Hewitt, where she served as a Partner and was responsible for overall business and relationship management. Ms. Fleming has more than eighteen years of experience developing client relationships and consulting with clients on broad areas of Human Resources. Prior to her role at Aon Hewitt, Ms. Fleming was the Head of Global Benefits for Shire Pharmaceuticals where she was responsible for Shire's global benefit programs. She also served as a Health & Wellness Strategist at GlaxoSmithKline, where she managed global health and well-being strategy. Ms. Fleming began her career in consulting and was a senior consultant for Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt, with a focus on employee benefits and change management. She has a broad range of experience in designing benefits strategy, health care, and retirement programs. Ms. Fleming received a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Government from the University of Virginia.
