Biography
Amanda Milsomis a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She has coached senior leaders and leadership teams and designed and executed change and leadership development programs in person and on-line to global audiences for more than 25 years.
Before joining Senn Delaney, which was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2013, Amanda led and managed strategy, business integration, and culture change in a variety of environments including professional services organizations and large global companies. She was a litigation partner at a city law firm for 13 years and then held board level roles in Practical Law Company and Thomson Reuters, including VP integration, HR director, commercial director, and VP culture transformation.
Amanda’s first experienced the Senn Delaney culture shaping process as a client participant at Thomson Reuters where she led the culture shaping work for the global legal business with 6,000 employees. She saw the impact on both individuals and business results first hand and became a certified facilitator. Amanda is a qualified solicitor and an executive coach.
