Biography
Mr. Lamprou has significant experience in designing and implementing projects that focus to improve organizational effectiveness and performance, and typically include organization design / re-structuring, job design, reward strategy, performance management, variable pay & sales effectiveness.
He has supported many clients in banking, manufacturing, shipping, consumer and retail sectors.
Mr. Lamprou is a key member of Korn Ferry global reward strategy and variable pay network having designed and implemented numerous assignments in South East Europe (Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, Croatia), Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia) and Western Europe (Belgium, UK, Spain, Germany).
He has also been part or advising remuneration committees of various large organizations.
Mr. Lamprou holds a BSc in Engineering from University College in London, UK and an MSc in International Management from King's College in London, UK. As part of his degree he concluded with excellence an economic and engineering study for an electric bus in London routes.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr Lamprou was Team Leader for Towers Watson Emerging Markets team, based in Belgium, as well as in the banking and real estate sector in the UK.
