Tom Scanlan is a consultant in Spencer Stuart's Seattle and New York offices and specializes in recruiting senior human resources executives across all industries and geographies. As a founding member of the firm's Human Resources Practice, Tom focuses his search work on chief human resources officers, senior generalists and leaders in talent management and compensation and benefits. Tom is also a member of the North America Board Practice. Tom holds a A.B. in English from Georgetown, M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He serves on the Board of Overseers of the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation.
