There he leads Advisory offerings for Korn Ferry focusing on the Industrial market sector and specializing in executive leadership development and talent strategy. His sector focus is mining, oil and gas, financial services, and technology where he has consulted with many of the top firms in these markets. Mr. Gibbons joined Korn Ferry from The Refinery Leadership Partners Inc. where he was a partner. There he worked with clients in Canada, U.S., and Latin America selling and delivering large-scale leadership development programs to drive business strategy. Earlier, Mr. Gibbons led the Executive Education division of the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University (SFU.) A dedicated educator, Mr. Gibbons also teaches for the SFU Beedie School of Business and University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business in their master's and executive programs. Currently, Mr. Gibbons serves as the treasurer on the board of The Vancouver Society of Children's Centers and has recently served on the Program Advisory Committee in BCIT's Faculty of Business. Mr. Gibbons holds a master's degree in business administration and has pursued doctoral studies in strategic decision making.
