Ulla works in Mercuri Urval's Helsinki office, and her professional background is in international business, technology and digital transformation. Ulla has worked at MU since 2022 and her focus is on Executive Search and Leadership Advisory across borders. Prior to joining MU, Ulla’s experience includes over 25 years of international leadership roles in business management, B2B sales and marketing mostly in Telecommunications, Finance Software (SaaS), Information Technology and IoT. She has held global VP and Director roles in both international, listed companies as well as in smaller growth companies and start-ups. Her former employers include e.g. Nokia, Basware Oyj and Lappset Group. Ulla holds M.Sc. Economics and eMBA from Turku School of Economics and Business Administration (University of Turku), and she has taken further business studies in INSEAD France and Singapore, as well as in several other well recognised universities in the US and UK.
