Monica has held HR leadership roles in Latin America for multinational companies from diverse sectors such as: Healthcare, Direct Selling, Manufacturing, Agri-commodities and Capital Markets brokerage businesses. Having led the HR function for world-class organizations, she focused on developing and executing recruiting, talent acquisition and employee relations strategies that represent the organization’s culture and values. As a member of many executive teams, Mónica contributed directly to long and short-term strategic objectives of the organizations and maximized organizational effectiveness. As part of the generation of women to pursue career aspirations beyond traditional roles, Monica is passionate about the advancement of women in business. She has also participated in panel discussions on gender parity at many events.
