Biography
Mr. Tallman possesses more than twenty years' experience as a leadership development professional, management consultant, and executive coach, focusing on interpersonal skill development, influencing, relationship building, team building, strategic communication, leadership development programs, and assessment services.
He works with clients in the business services, consumer products and services, financial services, health care, marketing, non-profit, and technology products and services industries.
As a coach, Mr. Tallman partners with clients to understand and address key issues in their individual operating styles, teams, and organizations. He takes a collaborative, action-oriented approach and works with C-Suite, boards, senior executives, and managers. A systems thinker, Mr. Tallman encourages coaching clients to build a network of support to maintain their development on a continual basis.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Tallman owned a consultancy where he offered leadership and organizational development, coaching, and strategy/change management services globally.
Mr. Tallman is a member of the Association for Training and Development.
Mr. Tallman earned his doctoral and master's degrees in adult learning and higher education/management from the Arizona State University; a master's degree in religious studies from Fuller Seminary, and a bachelor's degree in social science and religious studies from Bethany College.
