Biography
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Pike was a client service lead for Gallup, working with clients to design and implement consulting solutions based on the principles of positive psychology and behavioral economics.
While at Gallup, he managed a multimillion- dollar portfolio of projects in employee engagement, organizational change, brand management, strengths integration, and talent selection. His work crossed all major industries but retained a focus in financial services, hospitality, and healthcare.
Mr. Pike is an expert in competency modeling and works with organizations leveraging Korn Ferry's research to develop and support a sustainable leadership architecture.
Mr. Pike is actively involved in his community. He is a mentor to business students at the University of Minnesota, leads a six-week leadership and personal exploration course for students, and organizes events with the local chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
During his early career, he served as a consultant for an independent finance and accounting firm. While there, he provided advice on a wide variety of topics, including accounting issues, risk management, and employee relations.
Mr. Pike received his master's degree in community leadership from Bethel University, graduating magna cum laude. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
