Ulrika Hillström is a core member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Financial Services Sector, leveraging more than 25 years of experience in the industry. As a trusted advisor, Ulrika provides deep market insight across financial services, including private equity. She focuses on Nordic clients with strong ties to international banking clients, where she helps to recruit, assess and develop top management and functional leaders as well as board appointments. Ulrika also advises C-suite and board members at large Nordic financial institutions. Based in Stockholm, Ulrika co-leads the Sweden Women Leaders Initiative for Russell Reynolds Associates. Earlier in her career, Ulrika worked in the executive search industry, primarily focusing on wholesale banking, private equity and asset management. She also worked in various Capital Markets positions in London and Stockholm. Ulrika holds an MSc in business administration from Gothenburg University and an MBA from Bayes Business School. She is fluent in Swedish and English.
