As a Consultant with Odgers Berndtson in the Global Industrial and Infrastructure Practice, Erin is accountable for the delivery of executive search mandates and contributing to the strategic growth of the practice across Australia & New Zealand. She has led and contributed to a broad range of C-suite, functional and technical executive search assignments for clients within Australia and internationally. Erin also works across the full spectrum of infrastructure including private equity, fund managers, asset owners and operators, engineering and construction, as well as integrated services management. Erin previously contributed to the development and implementation of corporate strategy policies within the office of Strategic Alliances and Development for a German federal enterprise which drives international cooperation across sustainable development and education. Erin holds a Bachelor of International Business from the University of NSW and the University of Bonn, with a major in Globalisation. She speaks fluent German.
