Asma joined Hanover in June 2016 and is currently a Senior Associate experienced at providing research expertise and headhunting solutions for senior and c-suite level roles across Insurance, Asset & Wealth Management industry for NAM, APAC and EMEA region. Before joining Hanover, she was a search associate at BCM specializing in 360 recruitment for senior-level roles in the Management Consulting space. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Politics and a Masters in Human Resource Management.
