Veronica Nielsen is a member of the firm’s Digital, Media and Entertainment Practice. She focuses on talent identification in a digital transformation context and recruits C-suite and senior-level executives for high growth, disruptive companies within technology and other industries. Recent work has included searches for clients within software, e-commerce, telco, robotics and consumer luxury goods. She also focuses on recruiting Human Capital across a range of industries and has deep experience in General Counsel searches. Veronica joined Russell Reynolds Associates from fintech start-up Business Trust, where she was CEO and Partner. Previously, she was Senior Legal Counsel at Maersk Tankers, where she worked with business development on key investment and divestment transactions. Veronica began her legal career as a banking lawyer in Plesner, a leading Danish law firm, where she advised clients on financial transactions and restructuring, loan financing and bond issues. In this role, she also served on a number of committees, including strategy, CSR, diversity and branding. Veronica holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen.
