Jeff has worked with a variety of clients across multiple industries and geographies, specializing in Organizational Strategy, Talent Strategy, Employee Engagement, Customer Centricity, and Leadership Development. Mr. Durr is a frequently published author and speaker on a variety of organizational strategy topics. Mr. Durr is an active member in his community, serving on the Purdue University Krannert School of Management Board, Junior Achievement of Georgia Board, and is a former Board member of the Queen's University Analytics Advisory Board. Mr. Durr holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Information Systems from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Nebraska. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Jeff co-founded the Predictive Analytics & Customer Insights practice at Gallup and was a Partner in the firm. Before Gallup, Jeff held Operations Management roles at Stryker Corporation.
