Todd is CEO of a second generation family owned business that was founded in 1978. Govig & Associates is a retained search firm and works nationally in the areas of Biopharma, Healthcare (Senior Care), Building Products and the Southwest market. Todd is married and he and his wife April have a blended family of six kids ranging from 18-27 years old. He and his wife enjoy aviation, hiking and golf in their spare time. Since 1994, Govig & Associates, Inc. has been the winner twelve times and national finalist one time for the “Best of Class” award for outstanding customer service satisfaction. Govig & Associates has won “Office of the Decade” twice. In both 2000 and 2001, Govig had the honor and privilege of placing fourth in the MRI Elite rankings and second in 2002. Govig was in the Elite rankings for in 9 years between 2003-2015 and placed 1st in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. MRI Elite rankings are based on yearly net cash-in and serve to distinguish the top ten outstanding MRI offices. The Phoenix Business Journal has named Govig, a “Best Place to Work” for 14 years between 2006-2020. Govig has been listed in the “Top 200 Best Recruiters” by Forbes for 2018-2019.
