With almost three decades of healthcare and biopharmaceutical experience, Louise focuses on senior executive search assignments for pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology organisations, multi-site health care services companies. Louise commenced her healthcare career in hospital services before moving to a corporate strategy role with GlaxoSmithKline where she led the M&A and Innovation program. She then joined a global clinical research company (CRO) to lead the Asia Pacific growth program in key markets including China, India, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan. Most recently Louise led the healthcare and life science practice for a Global executive Search firm. She played a pivotal role in building the foundation of the practice in Australia and New Zealand, in addition to supporting a range of regional and global engagements. Louise holds a master's degree in business administration with University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Science (Clinical) with University of South Australia.
