A Marketing and Strategy exec turned Headhunter, it’s no wonder Michelle’s first charter at Daversa was to support the firm’s Marketing and Go to Market practice. Michelle has since broadened her body of work to include Marketing, CEO, Finance, Product and Customer Success. Michelle spends the majority of her time in Enterprise Software and SMB with a healthy dose of Consumer. Some of her most recent work includes VP and C-Level placements for Collibra, Dataminr, Nexthink, BetterUp, BetterCloud, Jetty and Cyara. In addition to her search work, Michelle co-leads Daversa Partners’ Data and Analytics center, which is comprised of an elite team focused on identifying and building relationships with the next generation of technology leaders and innovators. An enthusiastic rock climber, when she is not relentlessly pursuing candidates you can find Michelle scaling up the side of a mountain (there’s better cell reception at the top).
