Philipp guides corporations through operational restructurings and M&A-related challenges. His experience has focused especially on advising private-equity and midcap corporates with views to leveraging value creation potentials and managing complex transactions. Clients benefit from Philipp’s expertise in financial planning and financing, reduction of SG&A costs through organizational redesign and head count reduction programs, and management of M&A-related processes such as due diligence, deal management, and carve-outs. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a director in the M&A/investment management department at Sixt SE as well as an authorized officer at myDriver, where he oversaw the whole deal cycle. Philipp has a master’s degree in law (LLM) in corporate finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
