Amelia Haughey is an Associate in the Dubai office of Odgers Berndtson where she focuses on senior-level assignments across a range of industries in the Middle East. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Amelia was an Associate at a global executive search firm in Dubai, where she worked on C-level appointments in the Consumer and Oil and Gas sectors. Prior to this, Amelia was a Senior Associate in the Consumer, Retail and Leisure practice of a leading executive search firm in London, specialising in the placement of C-suite executives and Board members into mid and large-cap private equity-backed businesses. A qualified solicitor, Amelia started her career as a real estate litigator in the London offices of a major international law firm. Amelia holds post-graduate legal qualifications and has an MA in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.
