Michael has almost 15 years of experience in delivering restructuring and corporate advisory engagements. Michael has advised airlines and aircraft lessors during Chapter 11 restructurings and out-of-court turnarounds in North America, South America, Europe, and Africa. He partners with his clients' finance staffs and executive teams to create business plans, project cash flows, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance the performance and tools of finance departments. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a senior principal at Seabury Consulting. Michael has an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management.
