Biography
Olga Orlovskaya is a Consultant in Odgers Berndtson’s Moscow office. Olga’s work is focused on the assessment and development of top managers. Olga manages competency modeling projects, and staff development & assessment programs. In addition, she participates in the development and maintenance of training programs.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Olga was an HR Director at the TechnoNICOL Distribution Network, and HR Director in one of the largest distributors of vehicle accessories in Russia and the CIS. She was also Head of Training&Development at Newsoutdoor and the Head of HR group, as well as the Head of Training&Development at the Alliance Oil Company.
Olga graduated from the Saint Petersburg Institute of Special Pedagogy and Psychology with a degree in Psychology. She holds master's degree in personal management from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Olga graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a degree in economics and finance.
Olga Orlovskaya is a certified expert in the assessment and development of managers, competency modeling, and in the implementation of performance management systems (certificates from SHL, Shell Global Solution). Now she is studying consulting and coaching at GATLA. Is a certified expert in senior executives assessment methodology Hogan Interpreting & Providing Professional Development Feedback, UK, 3MM, certified facilitator Community At Work (San-Francisco, USA).
