Ms. Carrington is an occupational psychologist and has experience working in leadership assessment, selection, employee engagement, talent, and performance management. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Carrington was a senior business psychologist at ETS plc where she led a variety of employee engagement programmes, as well as advising on performance and talent management and HR strategy. Ms. Carrington's cross-industry experience has led her to work with a number of leading global and local organisations across major industries including; financial services, retail, energy, manufacturing, media, telecommunications, and professional services. Her other experience includes five years in-house HR experience in RBS providing end-to-end design and implementation of global organisational effectiveness and strategic change interventions. Ms. Carrington is CIPD qualified, has trained in Lean/Six sigma and is certified in Level A and B Psychometric Testing as well as other Korn Ferry products and services. She is a member of the BPS, DOP, HPC and CIPD. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters in Occupational and Organisational psychology from the University of Surrey.
