Firoze Patel serves as Managing Partner for India and Singapore, and leader of the Financial Services Practice in Asia Pacific. He is based in the firm’s Mumbai office. Firoze oversees all of DHR International’s business activities in India and is the regional leader of the Financial Services Practice Group in Asia Pacific. Before joining DHR, Firoze was with Russell Reynolds Associates where he served as Managing Director based in Mumbai for about three years. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Firoze spent over a decade with Korn/Ferry International as a Senior Client Partner within their Financial Services Practice and was the Mumbai office head. Earlier, he was a senior manager with Nicholson International where he opened their office in Mumbai and managed their existing operations in Delhi. Prior to that, he was with Specialized Overseas Services, one of the largest recruitment/search companies in the Middle East as the Dubai office head. Here, he managed a team of six consultants and was responsible for the office operations, with an emphasis on financial services. Prior to joining the search industry, he spent five years as head of finance and accounts for a large export house in India. Firoze graduated with first class honors from Jaihind College, Bombay University and is a trained Accountant.
