Biography
For more than 30 years, Jörg Schoening gained extensive experience as a manager in the consumer goods industry in divers companies spanning from corporate groups, medium-sized, over owner-managed firms.
As a leader in sales and marketing, he led large cross-functional teams and projects, towards a transition of sustainable and disproportionate growth. Thus, he has developed a deep understanding of the specific challenges the consumer goods industry faces, always combing the best of bread: the strategic, the operational and the human requirements of his customers.
Jörg Schoening also successfully led M&As projects and navigated as managing director a company through an insolvency in self-administration. This enables him to extract quickly and deeply for his clients on what to focus on, and which people skills are needed to strive especially during challenging times. He has a special eye on the human factor and cultural fit next to the professional skills of his candidates.
