Based in the Gurgaon office, Sanjoli Mangat is an Associate and part of Odgers Berndtson India team. She joined the firm in February 2020 and is a part of the Consumer & Retail practice. Having started her career in 2011, she comes with the experience of having worked with some of the leading executive search firms in India. She has successfully placed senior-level leaders across general management, functional, and varied business leadership roles across the domestic & international markets, for both Indian and foreign multinational clients. Her focus has been on end to end project management including leading extensive research, talent mapping, candidate assessments, due diligence and client & candidate management. Sanjoli holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis from King’s College London and a bachelor’s degree from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University.
