Certified by INSEAD’s Blue Ocean Strategy Institute, Henryk also helps teams build competitive strategies that unlock new value. Prior to joining RRA, Henryk was a partner at Kilberry, a leadership advisory firm, as well as an owner of two independent CEO advisory firms. Dr. Krajewski publishes extensively in Forbes and has previously written for Profit Magazine, the Financial Post, the Globe and Mail, National Post, HR Reporter, and HR.com. He has published scientific research in leading journals such as Leadership Quarterly, the Journal of Business Psychology, and the Journal of Organizational Psychology. Henryk holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western University.
