Ian is an experienced HR recruiter covering senior HR appointments across the Asia region. He comes with a myriad of HR recruitment experience, with prior experiences of starting HR desks from scratch in established firms. He has a wide base of clients, majority being high growth multi-national corporations in which Ian supports in identifying top talents in developing markets across Asia. Ian started out in the hospitality industry where he graduated with a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, but did a career switch to join the executive search industry. Lending knowledge from hospitality, Ian carries a service oriented approach which differentiates him from other recruiters. Outside of work, Ian is a highly competitive individual and has equally stellar achievements. He is very active in the Muay Thai scene - competes in international Muay Thai competitions and has won both the World Muay Thai Organization Singapore Championship belt and the Thrive Singapore Championship belt.
