Mansour joined Amrop in 2015 as Principal. Since joining, Mansour has successfully led and executed Executive Search projects across various industries and functions. In addition, he has participated in Leadership Assessment projects to assess individual executives as well as C-Suite teams. Prior to Amrop, Mansour began his career as a Management Consultant with Elixir Management Consultancy in Saudi Arabia. He consulted mostly for the public sector where he advised on Labor Policy, Healthcare, SMEs & Entrepreneurship and creating and managing Public Private Partnerships (PPP) across these sectors.
