Amy Green is a balanced, creative and analytical leader who advises boards, CEOs and senior leaders across the Tech Sector on leadership development and assessment. Based in Dallas, Amy applies her diverse experience in operations, sales and technology product marketing to help companies deliver on their value creation plans, particularly in periods of significant transformation. Over the course of her career, Amy established herself as a trusted advisor who thrives on building new operation models within an organization to bring success to clients. Most recently, Amy was a product engineering operations leader at Deloitte Consulting, where she built and grew a new product engineering group within the application modernization & innovation practice. Before that, she was a global strategy & innovation manager where she helped teams across Deloitte’s global network commercialize and scale technology products. Previously, she worked at AIG as a leader in their technology services organization. Amy holds an AB in environmental science and public policy from Harvard University. She also holds an MBA from the UC San Diego Rady School of Management.
