Susan specializes in recruiting chief legal officers, general counsels, and deputy general counsels, as well as other executives in the legal, regulatory, and compliance function. Based in Atlanta, Susan has an extensive track record of building teams for new office launches and growing sales practices, along with organizational design and performance management. Susan developed her legal expertise working with Axiom, the category creator of alternative legal services, for more than a decade. Her roles at the firm included starting the Atlanta office and running the North American consumer & services practice with a team of more than 20 corporate employees and 200 lawyers. She previously worked as an investment professional in the private equity industry with a focus ranging from venture-staged businesses to a variety of growth and public companies. Susan received her BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and her MBA from the Harvard Business School.
