Biography
After an extensive career in student affairs and student life leadership roles with many notable institutions, Corin Gioia Edwards brings to WittKieffer an intimate knowledge of academia today and the many challenges facing campus leaders. Corin is known for her ability to connect with candidates to discover their true career aspirations and alignment with institutions and open leadership positions. She is also driven by a passion to assist colleges and universities in identifying transformative leaders who can address the changes and challenges of higher education today.
Prior to joining WittKieffer, Corin was director of fraternity and sorority leadership and learning at the University of Delaware. As a member of the student affairs leadership team, she helped direct unit strategic planning and formulate policies and practices to support student success and learning. Before that, she was associate director of fraternity and sorority life at the University of Maryland. Among myriad responsibilities, Corin hired, trained, evaluated, and supervised professional staff and graduate students in the areas of student advising, leadership development, community development and programming, hazing education, sexual assault prevention, and diversity and inclusion. Corin is passionate about leadership development and has taught undergraduate courses on theories and practical applications of leadership at several universities.
