Mr. Khayzaran has worked with private and public sector companies on large-scale restructuring and transformational engagements across areas like Strategy, Organization Design, Change Management, Cost optimization, Talent Management, People Assessment in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UK & Denmark. Mr. Khayzaran completed his BA (Hons) from Denmark, MA from UK, and later his MBA. He has extensive international consulting experience, having worked in more than 5 countries and is certified in Six Sigma Lean.
