Steven has over a decade of consulting experience in the technology, digital media, defence, and healthcare industries that he leverages to deliver performance improvement and cost savings to clients in the high-tech space. He has extensive experience on organizational design and optimization, business transformations, and post-merger-integrations. He employs advanced analytics and powerful visualizations to drive rapid insight in critical, high-impact business decisions. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with the Cybersecurity practice of Booz Allen Hamilton supporting the United States Intelligence Community and worked as a medical device researcher at the Food and Drug Administration. Steven holds an MBA with concentrations in finance and strategic management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from the University of Maryland.
