Rupert has specialized on top level search assignments, advising clients in professional services (transaction advisory services, strategy consulting, corporate finance etc. across a wide range of industries, including financial services), as well as private equity funds (teams and portfolio companies), and family owned businesses, from large cap to small cap. Rupert became part of AmropCivitas in July 2018, joining from Civitas International where he has been a Managing Partner for well over 20 years. He focusses on working closely with his international colleagues, providing an in-depth market knowledge in a wide range of industries with a sound understanding of several European countries. Previously, Rupert was a search consultant with Mülder & Partner in the Düsseldorf office. Prior to joining Mülder he worked for Allegheny International in London, Oakbrook, Illinois, and Frankfurt as an International Marketing Manager for household appliances. He started his professional career with Robert Bosch, working in several marketing and sales functions in automotive and consumer products in Stuttgart, Amsterdam, London, Madrid, and Zurich. Rupert holds a degree in economics as lic. oec. HSG from the renowned University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. He was a board member of several private equity funds and management consultancies.
